How do I join and access my membership settings?
From the Raqs Online homepage, select 'Join Now' and select a membership plan. Once you are a member, you can use your username and password to sign in an access your dashboard and settings:
‘Sign In’ and select 'Dashboard' from the top right corner.
You will be redirected to another page, where you can adjust your profile, password and billing. ‘Billing’ is where you will find and edit most of your membership information.
What payment options does Raqs Online support?
Currently Raqs Online accepts various credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, DISCOVER, and AMEX) in addition to PayPal.
How do I change my credit card?
From the Raqs Online homepage, ‘Sign In’ and select 'Dashboard' from the top right corner.
You will be redirected to another page, where you can adjust your profile, password and billing. Select 'Billing'.
Here you can add a new payment method. Fill in the required fields and click 'Save Card' in order to complete the process.
How do I upgrade to an Annual membership?
From the Raqs Online homepage, ‘Sign In’ and select 'Dashboard' from the top right corner.
You will be redirected to another page, where you can adjust your profile, password and billing. Select 'Billing'.
From the 'Billing' page, select ‘Change Plan’.
How do I contact my instructor?
Underneath each video, you will see a link to the right to ‘View Profile’ of the ‘Author’ or instructor. From there you will be directed to a bio page of the instructor with a link to their website. This is the best way to directly contact and communicate with instructors. You may also use the ‘Comment’ feature under each video however instructors may not engage with all comments left there. We recommend you contact them directly through their website.
What happens if my credit card payment fails?
When you receive a message from us saying your credit card payment failed, it can be due to several reasons: Your credit card may either be expired, your credit card was stolen, or you have insufficient funds on that account.
PENDING, BILLING UPDATE REQUIRED
If this happens, we suggest renewing or updating your payment details right away to avoid interruption of your membership services.
OVERDUE, SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATED
If this happens, you will need to re-purchase the membership plan of your choice, as yours has already been terminated.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You may cancel your membership anytime. Your access will terminate on the last day of the billing cycle you paid for whether it be for the month or the year.

You will be redirected to another page, where you can adjust your profile, password and billing. Select 'Billing'.
From the 'Billing' page, select ‘Change Plan’. At the bottom of that page, you will see the option to ‘Cancel Membership’.
What happens if I have to cancel, can I join again?
Yes, just purchase a new membership and Raq on!
Refund Policy
We are sorry but we do not offer membership refunds. You may cancel your membership anytime and your access will terminate on the last day of the billing cycle you paid for whether it be for the month or the year.
Technical issues such as freezing and interrupted streaming?
If you are experiencing difficulty with playback, please reload the page. Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable. If the problem is not with your internet connection, we recommend you choose a different browser in case your browser does not support our video playback.
