Hi! I gotta say, after years and years of trying to figure out the choo choo, I think the down choo choo might be easier. I think it's because when you quickly step down, you have no floor resistance, so it doesn't end up just staying in the feet and legs, and the hips don't move when you're doing the up choo choo (my problem). We can do quick steps on tip-toe and our hips stay level. But when you lack that resistance, your hips naturally have to move with the foot fall in either a ""waddle or the hip-downs. It would be interesting to try this out more.
