Awesome bellydance drill and workout! I finally got my downs just a little bit. At first I looked like a penguin, but after a few rounds, I controlled it much better. Super effective practice, thank you!
Ah definitely agree with you about not taking hip drops for granted, nothing makes me feel like I'm fully belly dancing like a hip drop. They are such an essential move. I really enjoyed this drill, thank you!

This tutorial was so perfect. I love how we spent a good amount of time each on practicing one move, fun layers, and isolation. Feeling great and definitely a mind teaser but making progress :) Thank you!

I LOVE this class. It was so fun. I was afraid I would feel lost in an advanced tutorial, but it was paced perfectly with lots of options and generous amount of time and reps for each layer. So it felt amazing and great practice. Thank you so much!

This move was so difficult. I did the vertical videos multiple times but I noticed my hips and legs looked like it was a jog and my abs didn't move, I think they got too tense. I'll keep practicing :) Thanks for the tips!

Great practice, Thank you Sadie. I do wish we can always work left and right within the video, so I appreciate doing both sides for the foot work. I look forward to the foot patterns video-is it something already uploaded?
