Amazing!

Hello Dana,Im not at all familiar with copyright law in the Netherlands.Β  Here is the US you have to show proof of intellectual property and make a lawsuit against the person or people you think are infringing on your copyright. The first step is having a way to prove your intellectual property belongs to you and when it was created. For example, I could easily prove that with any performance videos or uploads of teaching material. The next steps are consulting a lawyer and sending a cease and desist to prove you have asked the person or entity in violation to stop. If you choose to sue, then it is up to the court or jury to decide the outcome. It is not exactly an easy process. It can be very expensive, time consuming. But if you are certain that you are negatively impacted (for example financially or reputation wise) it may be worth perusing. Documentation is key and also making public statements that your choreography may not be used or duplicated without written consent. Good luck!

Hello Jill, The tracks in this video were made for Raqs Online by David Hinojosa. They are not available for purchase at the moment but he plans to make an album soon. The Oud player in this track is Rachid Halihal and you can look him up if you like his music. We hope to have this album out soon!

Hello Anna,

Unfortunately I cannot offer that drum solo because it was filmed exclusively for another producer. I recently purchased an external hard drive for my computer to watch and play all my DVDs and CDs
