Hello Idilguzhina, For me the shimmy I use on this layer is the hip shimmy but you can also use the single leg. It will really be different for each person. Muscle sharing on layers is definitely a skill that takes time and exploration. The more you practice, your body will find a path of efficiency. I promise.
