And that is very common to feel disconnected from the lower abs. Reverse crunches are a good start.

Hi Nicole, I didnt hear the weight sizes she has but she did say you can use whatever you have or no weights if preferred. I work with dumbells quite a bit and I'd bet those are 5lb and 15lb dumbells.
