It made me want to learn culture and history of dance, & some of the instruments, instead of just the movements.

Boho blade, because sword dance feels powerful, and this style of sword dance really uses the sword as a sword. But it was pretty hard to pick just one

Loved the class and really looking forward to the challenge. I do have 1 request & 1 question.Β Thank you for the great class and the upcoming challenge!Β Request: I would deeply appreciate if you could try to avoid negative food talk such as snacking being something to feel guilty about or needing to earn food through movement. I'm really trying to unlearn these things for my emotional health and if it happens to be something you wouldn't mind avoiding that would make the content even more enjoyable.Β Question: does anyone have any advice for preventing cramping in the achilles during all that flat toe stuff? I love those movements but the back of my right ankle seizes up and has a really hard time releasing.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I can't find the upcoming live class schedule anywhere, all I see under live classes are replays. How do I access the upcoming calendar of live classes?

I would personally go off what has more aesthetic appeal to you. I personally LOVE scimitars because they make me feel like a badass fantasy character more than the saber, but as Raqs online said it's up to you. I've tried both types and haven't noticed a huge difference in difficulty.

Thank you so much for this class! These assaya classes were one of the biggest reasons I signed up for Raqs Online, and this did not dissapoint. This is sure to become one of the classes I do over & over <3

Thank you Tejas! Loved this video. I especially appreciated when you told us what some of the mudras represented.

I would deeply appreciate further information or sources to learn more information about the ones we don't learn the meaning of here. Also, subtitles would be especially helpful for this video to help me pronounce the names.

Are all or some of the Mudras presented here alright to use in fusion or are are only some? If so, which ones need to be kept in their original context or are sacred, and which ones are decorative and fusable?
