Yay! I've reached the point where I'm less tense and I can feel more playful with shoulder shimmies now. It's so much fun. I still always have a death grip in my hands also outside of dancing too. Are there any classes here that you recommend for stretching and relaxing hands? I do a lot of gardening and farm work so I sometimes get numbness if I work too hard. I'm trying to learn how to not overwork.

This one made me feel so happy. I could do the triple pelvic shimmy, but I couldn't fit the 3rd chest drop so I'll practice doubles then work up to it.

This was the very first class that I ever tried with you. It made me want to learn more. Thank you for being such an amazing teacher, Sadie 😍!

I had so much fun with these layers! It is a brain exercise too. Thank you for an amazing class!

Sadie, thank you for helping me to heal my mindset and build my confidence with each class. You are amazing!

What a beautiful performance! Every month I choose a theme or a skill to work on. April was Arabesque month. May is going to be "Malama May." I'm going to start taking your classes here and will hopefully someday learn this choreo. Aloha from Hilo, Hawai'i.

This was such a fun class! I've been trying to make peace with my long hair because it has been so tangled and often felt in the way this last year. Thank you for going through the specific techniques and demonstrations. I was so happy to not have any neck or upper body pain the next day.

That was such a fun warm-up and felt like a workout. I'm already sweating! Thank you!

Thank you! This is so helpful. I think this is the first time that I've ever tried to push outwards beyond neutral. The pulling in part feels strong. It's good to know that there's something I can do. I'll work on this!

I think the pushing out part is more challenging for me than the pulling in. Especially when we alternate. When I get to the actual roll I'm still pulling and pushing everything in and out. I can do a tiny bit of isolation. Do you have any suggestions? I am practicing pilates / core work 4 times a week so that will hopefully help.
