I am just wondering :should I clench my glutes, and/or other wobbly bits so the focus is on my shoulders? I am also finding it challenging to stop my shoulder shimmy turning into a chest shimmy โ€ฆ but I guess that just needs disipline and practice โ€ฆ ? xx
