Hi Lothlorien,I'm glad you enjoyed the class. Thank you for your feedback. I want you to know that I have taken your request to heart. I did not mean it negatively, but I see how it could come off that way.Β Below is an article I came across on the Achilles. A few other sources mention doing gentle and light exercises like calf raises and swimming. Tendons are tricky. They take longer to heal and don't respond as well as muscle can. In my personal experience, I have experimented with alternating heat and cold applications, elevation, antiinflammatories, and red light therapy. Since yours sounds like a cramp and not an injury, I wonder if any supplements, like magnesium and potassium, could help. I use electrolytes every day for that very reason.
