I'm sorry for that.Regarding your question, sometimes adding a slight knee bend each time you drop the hip bones down and straightening the legs when you bring the pelvis back up and toward neutral.  As you go faster, you will feel a bit of a bounce in the knees. I'll be sure to address your question in the next live.
