Hi Hessah, We have classes that break down the specific moves like "Sways" and "Mayas" You can search in our catalog all the classes that were mentioned

Very good question. For this you will want to adapt the size of the micro. For example if you are doing 2 then the highest point is on 2. You start in neutral and drop back down to neutral. When going down just go down a bit beyond neutral so you don't collapse or round the upper back. They can be very small movements. It takes a bit of practice but it will come.

Hi Marion, It does look like they are out of that dress for the time being. I have two of those dresses in stock. Midnight blue and red. What size are you?

Hi Nicole, Thanks for your great question. You can use your glutes, they can be a helpful tool for some. I don't teach it often because over the years I use my glutes less and less. Glutes are not a primary muscle active in pelvic tilt, so it can lead to some problems.Β  That being said if they help you keep your technique under control while building strength and coordination, you can definitely use them. My personal advice would be to squeeze a yoga block between your legs while drilling the vertical hip isolations while focusing on maintaining all the proper technical points of posture and the move.
