Very good question. For this you will want to adapt the size of the micro. For example if you are doing 2 then the highest point is on 2. You start in neutral and drop back down to neutral. When going down just go down a bit beyond neutral so you don't collapse or round the upper back. They can be very small movements. It takes a bit of practice but it will come.
