Did you watch the videos in the shimmy challenge? I made an exercise where you practice shimmying with feet forward, pointed in and out. That might help.

Hi Shawna,Thats completely normal. Over time your brain and body will coordinate more efficiently with the drill and you will be able to control the size and speed of the layers. Keep up the great work !!!

So glad you do!!

Hi Alana,

Great question. You will want to tilt the base of your pelvis (pubic bone) forward and up. This should give you the sensation of the belly button compressing toward the spine. This is done through postural change only, you don't need to squeeze or contract any muscles or suck anything in. Stay as relaxed as possible when making the postural tilt of the pelvis. It may feel like zipping up a tight pair of jeans. I hope that helps. You can work with our posture playlist as well to get more cues and insights on this technique.

Hi Asma, I'm sorry that I am not able to locate the song. I was looking through our back catalog and playlists but did not find it. I will continue to search and let you know if I find it.You can search your favorite music platforms for "Hagalla" or "Hagallah" to see what good songs you can find to practice to.

Hi Louise! So glad my teaching were helpful. Practice really is the magic ingredient. It takes a while to perfect the duet with your veil. Keep up the great work!
