Hi Melie, That is a great question. It will depend on the stylization. The Fa'arapu is a very distinct technique that creates a unique look. The bellydance pelvic circle is a bit more general and can be started in any part of the pelvis, switch directions and tailor to your abilities a bit more. It also looks a bit different from Fa'arapu though similar. You can watch some of the videos with Glenda to see if you can catch the difference.Β
