Hi Ofelia, Welcome to Raqs Online. I am going to share a few playlists here that may be helpful. Are you a beginner? Sometimes it is just a matter of repetition to get your body used to moving in new ways. It sounds like you are wanting to increase lateral pelvic tilt. One interesting exercise you can try is to sit on the floor, legs out in front of you. Lift your hip bone up by using the obliques, then move the hip forward and sit the pelvis back down on the floor, try the same on the other side so you are inching your way forward by lifting and reposition one hip at a time. Hi Luliana,

A few weeks ago we had some tech issues and decided not to post the replay. Instead I will film it as a class. I had to cancel the last class due to illness. I will be back on April 30th!! Also on May 4th I will do a class at 10am my time. Maybe you can join that one live!

Hi Julia,Its worth asking your dr. It is quite common among runners and dancers. It took me years to finally figure out what was going on. I am so grateful to be a dancer, I am so self aware. I think that is the gift of working with our bodies. We are so in tune and usually know immediately when something os off.
