Hi again Laura, This type of sword is usually preferred for professionals, it is heavier but better balanced. The weight allows you better feel for what the sword is doing while dancing. Liz Aziย might have additional thoughts.ย

Hi Laura, (Sadie here) I have a sword like this, it is light weight and easy to use. Because it is lighter it can slip a bit but still very user friendly.ย Liz Aziย what are your thoughts.ย

Hi Paula, Veil work was more of a costume accessory and used briefly upon an entrance.
