Hi Kimberly, In this video the weight bearing leg should stay softly bent. If you watch just my knees you will see they are not moving very much. We always begin and end with knees softly bent. This ensures your using muscles and not locking out your knee joint.Keep up the great work!

Alana feel free to upload a video here or send it to me so i can watch, at team@raqsonline.com Try focusing on the knees doing the work rather than tensing muscles. Make a bigger bend and alternation at the knees, start slow if needed and build it up as you can. It definitely takes time and practice. Youre doing great.
