Hi Nelly, Sounds like you might enjoy a more advanced sword class that highlights more balancing on different body parts. This was our first few sword classes so wanted to start with basics. We will certainly add more advanced ones soon. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Asma, keep you knees a little bent and keep the undulation initiated in the pelvis. with the pelvic roll movement. Sometime when you try to power it from the upper back and make the undulation that way it can pull you out of technique for the hip work.
