Hello Hajera, Great question, and yes. As you shift your weight from side to side you can slightly bend the unweighted side to keep the weight inside. You do not want to roll out to the outer edges of the foot. So center with a slight bias to the inside is usually best for most people but always be sure to follow your own body. Everyone is different.
