I hope we can add more soon with a teacher after Covid passes. It's been challenging working with non-local teachers during the pandemic.

Yay Madelyn!!!! To answer your question, yes, the entry step for Hagallah and Jewel are the same. Both jewel options, horizontal and vertical are much the same, the only differ in the directional plane of horizontal or vertical which I break down in some of the videos in the challenge

Hi Patricia, I understand. You can try contrating in your entire abdominal wall, then very slowly release the upper and contract it back in. Keep doing that over and over with just the upper. It takes time and some of us always will struggle more with one direction. It is true for me.
