Hi Patricia, I understand. You can try contrating in your entire abdominal wall, then very slowly release the upper and contract it back in. Keep doing that over and over with just the upper. It takes time and some of us always will struggle more with one direction. It is true for me.

Hi Preethi, Sorry for the delay. I just now saw this. I imagine the dancers who use heels have done a lot of training barefoot. Then with a little practice, you can adapt for shoes.
