So glad this tutorial was helpful for you. For me personally, I like doing core strengthening exercises to help develop my abs and make them more reactive to manipulating isolated contractions. Try drawing your ribcage down and in over and over to get the sensation of the upper ab contraction. Keep at it. I promise you will get it.
