Hi Shimon, Im sorry this class was so frustrating for you. I do try to offer a variety of intensity, levels and styles. Ill see if I can find a way to teach the 3/4 in a less frustrating way. I certainly do not expect at all that you should want to perform this.

Some teachers may not have explored this area themselves. Arms and hands are often the most neglected part of dancing.

Well, many things but that usually means you are replacing strength with speed. The controlled shimmy requires the stamina and muscles of the legs to keep it consistent. Try incorporating some strength training to build up the leg muscles and I guarantee you will see a big difference.
