Amazing class! Is there any videos that integrates the flutter with other moves? I find it harder to do it in other positions (with the ribcage open and up after a chest lift for example)
Is it me or is it always harder to combine hip shimmy with chest moves? π₯² I find it easier with leg shimmy when having to layer the upper body even though itβs not my preferred shimmy. Hope I get better with that cause for now it feels pretty much impossible π
Itβs a little hard for me to differentiate the back twist from the front twist so I get very confused especially when I add the footwork to transition. Any tips to help with that?
I feel like this is something that should be part of the beginner bundle along with the undulations part 1 because it was really hard to move my chest along with the pelvis. I didn't have any practice on that beforehand. Thank you for this amazing video Sadie!
