Amazing class! Is there any videos that integrates the flutter with other moves? I find it harder to do it in other positions (with the ribcage open and up after a chest lift for example)

Is it βnormalβ to feel the outside of my hips tense when Iβm doing the pevic circle shimmy? Surprisingly I feel it a lot there. Just want to make sure Iβm not doing anything wrongβ¦
