I couldn’t participate to the shimmy challenge on time so I’m catching up now but for some reason I cannot play the live shimmy videos with Sadie. Is it just me or is anyone else having the same issue?
Hello everyone ! Does anyone know if Sadie’s choreography from her old DVD “Dynamic Drum Solo” is taught here ? I’ve been looking for it everywhere but cannot find it. Does anyone know of a video on here that helps with chest circles and moves ? I know there is one but it’s quite long and I was thinking more of a drill type of video as I understand the technique but want to train it more to get more flexible. Thank you everyone ☺️
