That definitely looks Faarapu style technique as the accent is at the back. I think those classes will be helpful for you.

Alana our system doesn’t always play nice for tagging. Most teachers have made accounts but not all so they need an account to tag. If I see comments for teachers I’ll try to start tagging them on my end. Hopefully in the near future we will have an easier way to do that.

Hi Desi, I am guessing they started to hurt when you began to travel on the ball of your foot? If you are not used to that, yes it can cause your feet to be sore or achy. You could try shoes for extra support while you build up the muscles. You can also do everything on a flat foot and try the ball every so often to build up. Keep me posted on how you are feeling.

Cheri Cosby Awww I am so honored that you have been with me since you were 17. I don't think weight really impacts the flutter if it is being done correctly. If anything, similar to a shimmy, the properly executed flutter should reverb and show a bit stronger like it does on a shimmy. There are reasons a flutter may not show well and it is usually tension in the abdominal wall. If you are tensing your abdominal wall while doing the flutter it will stop the reverb. If you wanted to attach a video here for me to look at I can give a little more feedback.
