Hi Stephanie, When I am shimmying in place, I would like my weight to be centered between the toes and heels, feeling weighted through the whole foot. Then as I transition to the choo choo I would start to shift the weight to the toes and lift the heels so I can scoot across the floor. The feet don't really lift up off the floor from that point, they just slide around on the top ball mound of the foot while the heels stay lifted. i hope that helps.

Hi Marla, sorry the class didn't meet your expectation. This is just one of a series we will be releasing. Tejas combines her unique blend of movement into her practice so it's understandable it may not be all the same moves of other teachers.
