Youre welcome

So glad you enjoyed this one Susann

Hi Nelly, Sounds like you might enjoy a more advanced sword class that highlights more balancing on different body parts. This was our first few sword classes so wanted to start with basics. We will certainly add more advanced ones soon. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Christie, Great! I will put it on the list.

Hi Asma, keep you knees a little bent and keep the undulation initiated in the pelvis. with the pelvic roll movement. Sometime when you try to power it from the upper back and make the undulation that way it can pull you out of technique for the hip work. But I would need to see you doing it to make a better assement. Maybe this playlist can help: https://raqsonline.com/programs/collection-3-4-shimmy-tuneup

Hello Asma, Did you try our rhythm and movement series? https://raqsonline.com/programs/collection-improv-drum-solo-challenge?category_id=14941

Hi Marla, We am so happy you enjoyed this!

Hi Laura, Thats up to you and your budget. If you plan to perform you may want to go with the bigger, heavier one.
