Keep up the great work Jannah. 30 minutes is great if that is what you can do. What really matters is that you do it. It can be hard for adults to find time so I applaud you for making it. I met with my first dance teacher today, she is 80 year old. She still dances a few times a week 20-30 minuets. She has the mobility of a healthy 40 year old. It is truly incredible the power of dance!!
