Per user request, I created a pre and post performance warm up and cool down. These are great anytime but especially before a big event or show!

KajalΒ I keep mine pretty tight as well, especially when performing to keep them from flying off and hurting anyone. That being said I don't think you need them that tight during practice. You will need to experiment with the sweet spot for you where they stay on but hopefully don't cut off circulation. You can also wear them lower down the finger rather than at the tip. That helps me. Also thicker elastic helps. Keep me posted.

Hi Alana,

Do you remember the part of the video where i work on the push out of the abdominal wall? That is the part you will need to practice. It goes just beyond a neutral, relaxed ab. From that neutral you want to push the ab wall out (imagine you are impersonating a pregnant belly). You will need to work with that until it becomes a bit easier then you can incorporate it into the roll. Pilates never utilizes that extension if the ab so you wont get any practice there as they focus all on the contraction in.

Hi Dana,

That is a good idea. Let me start trying to do that in my future videos. I wont be able to do it for others though.
